Directions
Basic information:
2. We are in the Neckarstadt-district of Mannheim
3. We are situated directly on Neuer Messplatz. You will never go wrong if you follow signposts to Neuer Messplatz.
4. You can get to us on tram number 1 and number 3, the tram stop is Neuer Messplatz.
5. At the station you can take tram lines 1 (to Schönau) and 3 (to Sandhofen).
From the north / from Saarbrücken:
On A6 take the exit to Mannheim Sandhofen, turn right to B44 to Mannheim centre (Mannheim-Zentrum). Proceed on B44 for about 6 km, after a railway underpass get into the left-hand lane and follow the tram. After one kilometre make a left turn at the Neue Messplatz into Heinrich-Zille-Strasse. The first street on the left is Käthe-Kollwitz-Strasse.
From the North / from Weinheim:
From A659 at the Viernheimer Kreuz follow B38 to Mannheim-centre (Mannheim-Zentrum). After the barracks take the second street right (Carl-Benz-Strasse), after about 800 m turn right into Max-Joseph-Strasse, follow Max-Joseph-Strasse till the end. At the ice rink turn left into Käthe-Kollwitz-Strasse. The JUZ is at the far end of Käthe-Kollwitz-Strasse . It is the flat building at the junction of Käthe-Kollwitz-Strasse and Heinrich-Zille-Strasse.
From Ludwigshafen:
Cross Kurt-Schuhmacher-Brücke (Kurt-Schuhmacher-bridge), make a left turn (to Frankfurt) and cross Jungbuschbrücke. After Jungbuschbrücke turn right just before a BP fillinig station into Zeppelinstrasse. At the traffic-light proceed via Waldhofstrasse on Heinrich-Zille-Strasse. The first street on the left is Käthe-Kollwitz-Strasse. The JUZ is the flat building at the junction of Käthe-Kollwitz-Strasse and Heinrich-Zille-Strasse.
From the south / from Heidelberg:
Proceed on A656 to Mannheim-Mitte, keep going straight to the Wasserturm (Water Tower), follow Friedrichsring on the right (to Frankfurt) until Kurpfalzkreisel. Cross Kurpfalzbrücke, follow the tram till Neuer Messplatz. At Neuer Messplatz turn right into Heinrich-ZiIle-Strasse. The first street on the left is Käthe-Kollwitz-Strasse. The JUZ is the flat building at the junction of Käthe-Kollwitz-Strasse and Heinrich-Zille-Strasse.
